Organisation role in the consortium
Prague, as a follower city, responds to the long-term trend of increasing numbers of children being driven to school by private cars. Through a pilot project, we aim to promote sustainable modes of transport at the selected school, particularly walking and cycling. Our objective is to improve children’s safety on their way to school while also reducing traffic load in the vicinity of school facilities and enhancing the quality of public space.
