Cancer Patients Europe is a pan-European and all-cancer type association that, uniting cancer patients, carers, and survivors, envisions reducing the burden of cancer on patients and survivors, their carers, the health care systems, and society as a whole across the European continent. Committed to cooperation, CPE is actively partnering with other stakeholders, further entrenching its commitment to ensuring that all cancer patients, no matter where they live in Europe, have access to the best and most innovative prevention, diagnostics and treatments in a timely manner.
CPE counts on 107 members as of May 2026, including 64 cancer patient associations across 32 countries and we work primarily on Research, Advocacy, and Policy.
Organisation role in the consortium
CPE acts as an Associated Partner within DynamiCity, ensuring that the perspectives of cancer patients are meaningfully integrated throughout the project. CPE contributes to the project’s Expert Group by providing expertise on patient engagement, health equity, and the needs of people living with and beyond cancer in relation to active and sustainable mobility. Through its extensive European network of cancer patient organisations, CPE supports the dissemination and uptake of project results, facilitates dialogue with patient communities, and promotes collaboration with relevant health and patient-focused initiatives to maximise the project’s societal impact.
