Empowering walking, cycling and micro-mobility for cancer prevention and cleaner, healthier, better-connected cities.

A Horizon Europe project bringing together 27 partners and 9 associated partners across 18 countries to turn everyday journeys into a tool for cancer prevention, climate action and healthier cities.

What is DynamiCity?

Why it matters

Just 10 to 11 minutes of brisk walking or cycling a day, half of the WHO’s recommended weekly activity, could prevent one in ten early deaths and nearly one in thirty cases of cancer.

Yet more than a quarter of European adults, and eight in ten young people, remain insufficiently active. DynamiCity works to close that gap, city by city.
