A European coalition for active mobility
What is DynamiCity?
DynamiCity is a three-year Horizon Europe Innovation action project involving 12 European cities to make walking, cycling and micro-mobility part of everyday life as a tool in the fight against cancer.
By combining behavioural science, smart infrastructure, digital tools and health expertise, the project helps cities turn transport into a driver of wellbeing, not just a way of getting around..

The Evidence
Why it matters
Just 10 to 11 minutes of brisk walking or cycling a day, half of the WHO’s recommended weekly activity, could prevent one in ten early deaths and nearly one in thirty cases of cancer.
Yet more than a quarter of European adults, and eight in ten young people, remain insufficiently active. DynamiCity works to close that gap, city by city.
